information need

I had a ectopic pregnacy in 2003 and got my med records back to check out what was actually done to me. In short the papers say my right tube was the result of ectopic pregnacy and the left was taken out to run test ensure that i was not pregnate in the left one the test came back in the papers the rt was a ectopic pregnacy but the left was normal not ectopic ....from what i understand is that a partial hysterectomy and if so i have recently gotten remarried to the gentleman i was with at the time of the ectopic ....we want another child is that possiable to have a reversal or would i have to conceder artifical insermanation ....HELP!!!!
