Testicles Answer A5701

According to the data you provide, you might have touched the epididymis. The epididymis is a tube that is located on the top and the back of the testicles. It is responsible for final maturation of the spermatozoids and acts more like a container. It might be inflamed, but a pain is usually present. However, you might want to visit your family doctor to rule out more serious conditions.
