Q: Information about stage 4 lung cancer

Dear Sir,

I am suffering from Lung Cancer , which is diagonised last two weeks ago. Doctors declare the Cancer is found in 4th Stage. A radio therapy has been done 4 alternative days. But the pain is still there .Please advise , any latest treatment is there to save my life ?

Lung cancer Stage 4 is the most advanced stage of cancer, when it is spread in far tissues. Radiotherapy to decrease the tumor and/or chemotherapy to fight the metastasis is the recommended therapy by doctors. Whether chemotherapy would be used at all and what citostatic protocol would be used depends on the doctor that is responsible for your treatment.
