please i want to know what cause erectile not awake in the morning before since my infant

Morning erection is actually a night erection that occurs during the REM phase of the sleep. The REM phase is the one when the person has dreams and several reflexes are triggered, certain of them being responsible for an erection. it happens throughout the night. The more REM phases occur, the more erections will happen.
