Various sources can tell various lengths about the sexual intercourse prior to ejaculation. However, 5 minutes is not considered premature ejaculation. The more frequent masturbation might make your penis mucosa more sensitive. However, more frequent masturbation empties all the sexual related glands thus leading to delayed ejaculation which, in your case, occurs only when you masturbate.
