I'm 17, and freaking out. My boyfriend is in the military and the night before he left we had sex for the first time, unprotected and i have a weird feeling i might be pregnant. The day we had sex was my first day off of my period. its only been 3 days since, so i know its too early to have symptoms, and im also sick, so any symptoms i have i cant tell if its early pregnancy or just being sick. I need help and advice and i have nobody to turn to. Im so scared, and i just need a doctors opinion. if you could give me some info about early symptoms, conception, and just how to go about all of this, that would be awesome.

Unprotected though carries a risk of pregnancy but chances of conception are more during the ovulation days(fertile days) which are 9 to 16 days in a regular 28 to 30 day cycle and the first day of the period is counted as day one. So first seven days of period are considerably safe.The possibility of pregnancy is less in your case.
A woman cannot have pregnancy symptoms so early.

Relax and wait for the next periods as missed period is the first indicative symptom of pregnancy. Other than that nausea,fatigue,breast tenderness,spotting,abdominal cramps etc might be present. Avoid stress as it can delay the cycles. Consider using protection during any contact.
