inflammation on the glands of my penis 2 years.

I have inflammed skin in the genital area, I am a 22 year old male. Specifically there is inflammation on the glands of my penis. Its really horrible, and its been almost 2 years. Although it has gotten somewhat better, it is seriosly affecting my life. I've seen numerous doctors, one of which was a dermatologist who at first thought it was a yest infection, but after attempting to treat me for that and failing, he seemed to conclude it was inverse psoriasis. I dont know if he is right because he never took a sample under the microscope.

Anyway the skin has a general redness to it, plus red spots that come and go in waves. The skins is very dry unless I put some kind of oil or moisturizer on it. Also, when I look very closely, besides the spots, the skin has fine red lines, somewhat triangular, like little scratch marks on it. The doctors all gave me steroid creams and anti yeast creams which didnt work. Also, I was inflicted with this disease after spending a night of unprotected sex witha girl I was seeing, we had sex many times before, but that night I didnt shower after, and a woke up with lots of red spots and I think it was initially a yeats infection which somehow agrivated my skin fruther and it all cascaded and spiralled down into the perpetual, dry, red, inflammed, not hugely painful, but definitel uncomfortable codition that it is in now. I need some ideas on how to get rid of this. by the way I am uncircumsized.
