Hi, I am 19 years old and I am sexually active. A couple of weeks ago me and my new girlfriend had sex. This continued for about 3 to 4 weeks, having sex everyday, sometimes 3 times a day. A week later we both started feeling sick. Are symptoms were sleepiness, feeling very weak, head aches, her breast hurt and she had discharges, missed her period. I developed shingles on my left hip and got treated for it, but felt very dizzy for about 3 day . So sure we had some kind of std my girlfriend went to her doctor and got tested. She came up negative in all diseases. eventually I got better except for headaches and also now I have a stinging pain in my urethra, its not when i urinate or sperm but just stinging pain when its rubbed against something or after I ejaculate. It looks swollen on the glands like as if its becoming wider. I also noticed some weird purple kinda ball or bump on one of my glands but only when i have an erection. My sperm is also clump now or more thick than it has ever been. I do not know what i have and I am trying to do as much research as I can to find out what is wrong. Any information will be greatly appreciate. And Im also going to see a doctor soon so I do not need any advice on that.

thank you
