Backstory: i was at a club and danced for a while with my back up against a bar table, moving and bending back and forth with someone's added weight in front of me. This morning, i feel a flatish bump where the pressure point was (lower backbone at the level of the butt dimples), that 1.5 inch circle is distinctly pinker compared to the surrounding skin and it hurts alot when touched. It feels as if i [am about to] sprain it when i bend in weird ways or try to crack my back.
Should this be treated with heat? cold? rest?
Please help a party animal out! thanks in advance.

Extremely eHealthy
Ice is the treatment for the first 24-48 hours. After that then you can try moist heat.
