For about 3 years my urethra has been inflamed, or so I was told. One day I was going pee, and there was a lump there. Like, its a bump below my urethra, but it kinda goes into it as well. It is really hard to explain, but I was told by my mom (who is a nurse) that it is just inflamed and I shouldn't worry.... but that was 3 years ago, and its worrying me now. Any idea on what it is? I'm too uncomfortable to see a doctor.

I don't think it's a good idea to ignore it. You should see a urologist soon. If it's nothing to worry about it will put your mind to rest and if it is something serious they will be able to treat it. I don't mean to scare you but my father's cancer started in his urethra and spread into his bladder. Please don't ignore this any longer. It's better to be safe than sorry.
