Hello. Recently I met someone and when we are together i get aroused when we hold hands or kiss. I have noticed that i get excessive pre cum and my testicles get inflamed causing pain around the lower part of the stomach. The pain is very uncomfortable and sometimes i cannot walk properly as the testicles hurt. I feel that if i masturbate that relieves the pain and it can take around 30 minutes for the pain to completely go away. Can you suggest anyway that i can resolve this issue?
