For about two weeks now, I have had itching on my scrotum and area between my scrotum and my anus. Yesterday, I noticed that the hair follicles are inflamed and they look kind of white and vagina when I pull on the hair. The itching is not horrible, but it's still very unpleasant to have itching where there shouldn't be any.

I'm concerned about std's because I've recently started having unprotected sex with a new partner. Also, she mentioned that she recently had a yeast infection.

Any help with diagnosis and treatment would be greatly appreciated.
