Q: inflamed epididymis.

for about 3 weeks now i have noticed that the epididymis on my right testicle is inflamed and sometiem make my testicle turn. there are no harrd lumps on the testicle but im still worried.
im not sexually active so could you explain what are the possible causes, effects and action to take please.
