Hello,
Thanks for submitting your question here.If you want to have your husband's baby;his viable sperm is a must.Othetwise you have to approach for donor sperm.
Now,regarding the success of an IVF pregnancy,there always exist a need for fulfillment of different factors.One of them is adequare uterine lining.If you donot reach the cutmark...a successful implantation is never possible.
I suggest you to follow the advice of your infertility consultant and proceed accordingly.
