Hello,
There are lots of issues that need to be sorted apart from hypothyroidism as well as a bit lower sperm count. you need to be checked for your ovulation status as well as tubal condition. Also if you are obese there is a need to reduce it. Meet an infertility specialist who can address your problem after properly investigating your case.
