What is causing irregular ovulation? Also
I am a little paranoid with hormone
injections. Has the doctor prescribed me
the right medication? What are possible
side effects of HCG? If I don't conceive
this month, Do I have to repeat the same
medication for the next cycle?

According to the description of your
therapy, your doctor is trying to provoke
ovulation. Lack of ovulation is due to a
disturbance in the axis
hypothalamus-pituitary-ovaries.
Possible side effects of HCG (human
chorionic gonadotropin) are pain at the
injection site, as well as headache,
irritability, restlessness, depression,
fatigue, and swelling due to retention of
fluid.
If you fail to conceive during this cycle
you can repeat the procedure in the
following 5 cycles.
