Hello, I've recently been told i have clamydia, the only problem is, i don't know the length of time that i've had it, i've been sexually active for 6 years now and i will admit i have been promiscuous, i regret my decisions but i would really like help knowing if this could affect my chances of having kids in the future something i've been looking forward to for years.

any help would be most appreciated

Check with your doctor to make sure you dont have PID which you get from being exposed to clamydia which can block your tubes.
