Q: infertility - Clomid alternatives ?

my wife have used clomid and hormens have refused to be stimulated. What is the next thing to do .She will be 38 years in November

If I were her I would have IVF. She should not waste time at the age of 38.

My name meena married since 5 year. MY problem is i cant lead sexual life. so ia m trying artificial method like IUI. For IUI treatmen intercourse is compulsory to keep after IUI done. For me one IUI done but it didnt get success what is the success rate of IUI iam very much worried please help me out and reply me.
