Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Since you have trying for conception since long and have not been successful both of you would require examination and investigations which would help in ruling out the exact cause so that treatment could be started accordingly.
Your partner would require Sperm analysis and you can undergo USG scan and Hormonal analysis.Without detailed examination it is difficult to comment.Kindly visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation.
Take care!

I completely agree with Dr. Mitaly Pathak Agarwal. You and your partner should go for medical examination. Why don't you consult a doctor as soon as possible?
