Hi,

I really need advice because I am worrying too much.

Well, the last day of my period was February the 5th. I had sexual intercourse with my boyfriend on the 8th and 9th, both times he was using a condom. The last time we did it he ejaculated but he also did the pull out method while wearing a condom. He said that the condom did not rip. Is it likely that I can be pregnant? I really do not want a child at the moment. My period is suppose to come on March 5th or so. I am just waiting to see if I get it, but I am really nervous. Another question I want to know when ovulation ends and in what days I am infertile if I go by a 28 day cycle. How many days am I infertile after I had my period?

Thank You.

Hi,

Welcome to the ehealthforuma dn I am glad to help you. The chances of pregnancy in your case seem minimal due to 2 reasons. Firstly, you had had a protected sexual intercourse and secondly you had the sexual intercourse during the time when the chances of ovulation are minimal. Thus, you had the sexual intercourse during the safe period. However, to be sure, you can do the AIMstrip pregnancy test which is a very sensitive test for the detection of pregnancy. This should be done if you fail to have your regular periods.

I sincerely hope this information helps. Take care.

Hi Doctor,

Thank You for your response, but now I am worrying a bit because it is March 9th and so sign of period. I took a pregnancy test yesterday March 8th and it was negative. My last period ended on February the 5th i believe or 6th, but it only lasted about 5 to 6 days. I am still unsure if I am pregnant. Can I be? I surfed the web and many girls mention that when they loose their virginity there is a possibility that the menstrual cycle can change. Is that true? I looked back at my previous periods and I realized that they are irregular, sometimes they are 28, 30 days etc, but I don't know I I haven't got mine.I'm really scare because I do not want to be pregnant doctor.

Hi please help us we are worrying.
Me and my fiance were playing last night and it was ejaculated in my trousers then after few minutes I wanted to close my trousers button I think I touched sperm with my fingers, after may be 10 minutes my fingers were dry then I fingered her for few minutes, and I pushed my finger a bit deep about 0.5 centimeters. And also her period started since 4 days, and she is virgin. I am worrying now please Sir/Madam write me as soon as you get my mail.
