Q: Infection induced pimples

small clear pimples on his ears, and only on his ears.
he has never had any allergies, asma when he was younger,
but does not use pumps now. he's had these for about 4 days
now, hasn't eaten anything our of the normal, no fever,
still active, eating fine.

It is hard to say what the pimples are without seeing them. If the pimples were caused by an allergy, then they would have been located throughout the whole body.

There may be a possibility that the pimples are caused by an infection. Whether the infection is caused by bacteria or fungi can usually not be told without a visual examination by a doctor. According to the causative agent, antibiotics or antifungal medications might be recommended.
