Q: infection cause ?

I am unsure as to what is exactly wrong with me.

I have weird things going on such as, ear fullness, nose seems blocked and a vision lag.

I am now partly sure that it could be related to ear infection or have to do with adenoids or tonsils, that causes recurring infections, for nose throat or ear...

Can I do some tests to find out what is wrong with me?
