Q: Infected hair follicules ?

hello im 16 years old and i have these little bumps on the shaft of my penis...some have hairs coming out of them.....some have white heads...i do shave so they could be infected hair folicules........thanks for the advice

please seek a doctor in person about this. Something involved with the shaving probably...also, about Sebaceous cysts...don't pop them if you have them. This is from wikipedia about Sebaceous cysts...
