Q: infantile spasm

My son was diagnose with infantile spasm when he was 4 months old, he was on a medication called Kepra and Topamax of course it did not help so we went for ATCH gel for 6 weeks.He was seizure free in a 2 days of the treatment. When we were done with the treatment after 3 weeks a realize that he is having the seizures back" relapse? I do not know? We went for a another eeg witch is still abnormal ,but the doctor sad he do not see any infantile spasm.Can you see infantile spasm on eeg without having the seizure? I am so afraid for my son i know that wrong diagnoses may have bad outcome in my sons life,his case is idiophatic He is developing pretty normal ,the seizure now ,are not that aggressive and are only once a day compere before when he had them 4 to 5 times a day ,but i am still worried what sould i do ? Please help me.
