Infant Cystic Hygroma

Does anyone know of a doctor in the USA that would be willing to take on a young couples baby that was born on Jan 17, 2012, and diagnosed with Cystic Hygroma? They are close friends of mine and do not know where to turn!!! Can someone respond, PLEASE?

We need to find a surgeon anywhere in the U.S. who can help us. We're not asking for money, just help finding someone with knowledge on this subject, who can put this behind our daughter as soon as possible.
