I have been reading some studies online about women with high-risk HPV and cervical dysplasia who have taken the dietary supplement Indole-3-Carbinol. The results so far have been that half of the women taking the supplement have had a complete regression of the dysplasia in 12 weeks. My question is whether any of you have tried this?

No I have not and nor would I unless my doctor recommended it. I had HSIL which was diagnosed through a further biopsy as CIS I. I got the rest (or so they thought) removed via LEEP procedure. At my followup colposcopy, they found two small leisons and excised them, CIS II. Last time I had my colpo, no further leisions were found.
