about 2 weeks ago i had sex with a girl and the condom broke. It was a Friday i believe. about Monday at work i noticed i had all these little bumps around the shaft of the penis that only showed while i was un-erect. Hence when i was erect it looked normal. And also a reddish area on the shaft of my penis that had small circle blotches, an area about 2 cm in diameter, but no kind of bumping. by the end of the week the small bumps that appeared while un-erect disappeared.

now, nothing shows up on the shaft of my penis any more but i have a few blisters that pop up in random spots all over my pelvis region. some small and some large. recently one at the base of my penis shaft appeared (the second one of noticeable size). It feels kind of hard, like it has a definite shape, and I'm kind of afraid that it could be cancerous or something. And being on the base skin of the shaft, i am able to move it because the skin there is naturally thin and stretchy especially when I'm not erect. I'm not sure what this is. i thought maybe herpes but i haven't had any symptoms so far. and I haven't had any blister clusters of any kind and the last blister, the first of the larger ones eventually busted but like bloody puss came out..

I hope this isn't herpes but i don't know what to do about it, and I'm 19, in college, and my parents don't know I'm sexually active. Is there anyone who can help me to understand a little about what this is?

I got good news, its not herpes. Herpes forms as small white dots on the entire penis and grows into a cancer like sore. It is very painful and leaks a clear fluid from the sores and if u had herpes you would be at a doctor not thinking about it.
Is this your first time having sex with a condom? make sure too notice when u have sex how the condom reacts to your skin to see a possible allergic reaction.
If that isnt the case it is possible that you may need to seek medical attention sooner than later. Alongside going on your own terms without your parents knowing which I see is an issue but if u cant go alone or with a friend you trust you may need to bite the bullet and ask your parents too take you.
