The data you reported is not enough for any diagnosis to be given. There are many reasons that can cause swelling of the neck. Given your age, swollen lymph nodes due to a local inflammation (throat, ear) are one of the most probable reasons. However, even this condition can not be diagnosed for sure without an examination. You might want to visit your family doctor for a physical examination and basic laboratory tests.
