Current medical status: blood test. NORMAL.

It is hard to say what this condition is without further tests. The normal laboratory blood results indicate that no infection has occurred. However, inflammation can not be excluded based on the data you provided. You might want to visit an Ear, Nose and throat specialist. He might do allergic tests, to confirm or exclude an allergic reaction in the throat and the eyes. You might want to visit a urologist for the burning sensation in the testicles.

From all the symptoms you reported, only vasovagal syncope can be caused by stress.
