I'm 16 years old and have panic attacks since about 2 years now. In the past 4 weeks i find they have gotten sevearly worse. i feel like my life is out of my hands. out of no where it seems i shut down. for about a minuit my whole world jus freezes and then comes a huge pain in my chest. i cant breath and my chest starts almost convulsing. it feels like my hearts bursing from my chest. i start to tunnel vision and by then im usually on the ground. its like a large screaming in my heat. and i feel like a thousand bombs are busrting allover my body. i white out and everything just stops. for minuits even if im still concious i cant move my body or speak. there has been one incident in bed where i lost control of my bladder and wet the bed. i've collapsed on the street. i have drooled on myself but am too weak to whipe my face. after i regain control i find i have a massive head ache and muscle pain. 3 times afterwards i have had very sevear nosebleeds which one lasted about 2 hours. i really need help, if anyone can tellme anything about whats wrong or what i should do next, i wold be very happy.

do you have a doctor you can go to. that is not a panic attack your having it seems like it is much worse.
you would have to see a doctor or go to the hospital when this happens.
the doctor would have to diagnosis and treat you for what is going on with you.
