You would like to know possible explanations for the abdominal pain that you are experiencing during pregnancy.

Pain in the abdomen usually appears later during normal pregnancies as the uterus press on the other organs. Pregnant women feel these pains in the abdomen when bending over, when the baby kicks and in the back while standing.

Given your description of the pain, it doesn’t seem that you are experiencing any particular or abnormal medical condition. You might consider resting more often, if the pain is not followed by any other symptom such as increased body temperature.

Please keep in mind that I am not able to advise you about pain diagnosis or treatment online. Please contact your doctor or a qualified healthcare provider such as a gynecologist for further information about diagnosis and treatment options for abdominal pain in pregnancy.
