New to this forum and find the forums to be very good. My issue/question: I think most, or at least many guys have some concern about penis size. I am a straight guy, but can't help but compare myself to others when in the locker/shower room, which is often as I work out a lot. My wife and I also enjoy "clothing optional" and nude beaches so I am especially aware of my flaccid penis size and sometimes feel badly about it....though at other times it is quite the opposite!

The issue for me is consistency. Mine is close to 7" erect and 5 1/2" in diameter which I know is well above average so there is no concern there.(honest measurements, b.t.w.) But flaccid mine varies a great deal....I think much more than most guys who I see nude at the gym or at beaches. When truly flaccid, not in a "semi-erect" state, it can be close to 6" and thick...and remain like that or very close to it for a long while, like an entire morning. But at other times it shrinks down to maybe 2 1/2" and is far from thick. This state can also last for a good part of a day, and is more common in locker room situations and around the house than it is at resorts. I realize that I am not abnormal but feel I am sort of out there on the edge of normal with this. I also realize this is purely a vanity thing for me. But does anyone know of a way to maintain ones flaccid penis closer to its larger "setting"? Any suggestions much appreciated! Thanks.
