Narcotics type: Marijuana
Narcotics use duration: more than 5 years

Taking more caloric food is the only way to increase your weight. Simply said, you have to take more calories than you spend. Sweets are rich in calories, but be careful if there is diabetes in your family. Also, moderate levels of physical activity is recommended or the excess of calories will easily turn into fat. Also, stop taking any kind of narcotics including marijuana. In order to take large quantities of healthy food, you might consult with a nutritionist.
