I'm in my mid 20's, eat relatively healthy and do cardio and weight training at least 3 times a week. I avoid eating any significant amount salt and only eat fast food once a month. I casually drink (1-3 beer) once a weekend, avoid coffee and drink lots of water. My blood pressure last summer was 120/80, which it has been for most of my life. However, this summer my blood pressure is 143/92. I am not sure what has caused this increase and am looking for methods to reduce it (without medication, if possible). Does anyone have any advice on my situation?
