Q: Incontinence and Sciatic Pain

I have been dealing with incontinence for some time now--flow issues and taking a great deal of time to finish. Recently I have developed intermittent sciatic pain in my left buttocks and left thigh with unknown origin. Could they be connected? And should I seek assistance. Thank you.
