Incisional hernia after gallbladder removal

User Profile
I have an incisional hernia from a gallbladder removal last year. I was waiting to get it repaired. It has become increasingly painful, especally when I cough. It is making me nausous, and I wake up sick every morning b/c I sleep on my stomach. Do I need to fix this quickly. I wasn't in a hurry to repair it but now I am a little worried. I am not running a fever or anything and no other symptoms.
