Q: inability to masturbate

hi
i am 20 years old .I guess I have a normal penis, i have erections..but never been able to masturbate...even during sex never a drop of semen came out....during sex i realized my penis was erect but slacked after some time...i wonder what is wrong...am i sterile...but then how does my penis erect then....this is a very strange situation and i am really worried. Please reply
