sir i am from India and this is my final and last question. I know it is 12weeks which is known as window period. if one has any sort of encounter.
And he gets a single piece of virus or less concentrated virus in his body. via cut finger or kissing, oral sex.
even In this situation is 12 weeks test is conclusive? Or it will take more time? Due to need of amount of virus and its concentration to ask body to create antibodies.

Hello and welcome to e health forum.

Any virus, for that matter, once is presented in a infective dose, will be detected by the human immune system, and that will result in production of antibodies. And with regard to HIV, this will be seen by 12 weeks after exposure.

In case, of direct inoculation of the HIV virus into the blood stream, as via cuts, injections, etc, this will occur much sooner.

In case of any other form of exposure, most individuals would develop antibodies within 12 weeks after exposure.
