I had sex for the first time. Everything was fine for 2 days. Now I urinate blood a little and it's very painful. It also feels like I have to pee every second but nothing comes out half the time. Is this serious? Oh did I mention I haven't gone number 2 for 4 days? Help!

hello seems like you have developed a urinary tract infection called cystitis..usually need a course of antibiotics for this...you also need to find out why you are so constipated.??are you on any medication that has this as side affect..
the urinary infection until you see a doctor is settled with cranberry juice..
for my constipation i take 5mg dulculax which gently stimulates the bowel back to natural rythmn.
