whoaaaa there buddy..have you not heard the saying "Bros b4...___"? there is one unspoken rule between girls and i assume its the same between guys..you NEVER go after your girls man or ex boyfriend for that matter unless you've discussed it with your friend..that is a sure fire way to ruin a friendship FAST for a relationship that may or may not end up working out...do you REALLY want that? do not go further with this, find your own girl and forget about this one she is taken and you're only going to cause yourself huge problems if you pursue this

Get neutered? You're not much of a friend to this guy if you can't realize that his relationship is a barrier that you're not permitted to cross so I guess it's not like lusting after his girl is going to really ruin a friendship. However this girl would like a chance for things to work out with your friend without outside interference. If your advances mess up her relationship she's going to really be hurt.
