Hello,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
There are few nutritional solutions that are believed to help in problems with sperm count, sperm morphology, sperm motility, and sperm clumping. Vitamin C is found to be beneficial to sperm count, motility, and morphology, as well as for sperm clumping. Garlic, whole grains, and nuts are also said to be helpful. Nuts are particularly beneficial, because of their zinc content, and also because they are one for the very few foods containing arginine, which increases sperm count and motility.
Take care.
