Q: improving erections ?

Hello all,
I'm 19 years old, healthy and active, and I've been having erection problems for a while.
Not so much now as I used to, I got together with my first girlfriend this summer, and at first i was unable to perform, and after a while i started to gain my sex drive back and we'd usually have sex around 6 times a week give or take.

I've realized, when i was with her, my erections would just happen, and usually they'd be decent, but not always reaching their potential, ive also noticed that they get weaker when i stand up
When I'm alone, its pretty hard for me to gain/maintain an erection, and virtually impossible if i am standing up.

I've been to the doctor about my problem before and they've seen nothing physically wrong which leads me to believe its all psychological.

Any ideas on what i can do to get over this or improve my erections?

Do something to get yourself in the mood - perhaps a bit of foreplay.

Are you on any medications which would affect your ability to get an erection?

I'm usually always in the mood, my girlfriend referred to me as the "horniest man in the world." She would get frustrated when i wouldn't get full erections, or when i wouldn't ejaculate during oral sex, because she would feel like it was her fault.

I do not take any medications that would affect my erections.
This started a while ago, years even... I remember when it first started happening i didn't think about it, then i noticed it was going on for a decent time and it started to bother me. I also recall 3 days in a row randomly when I was able to achieve 100% full erection and i thought it was over but it came back.

I probably have, but since then i haven't felt like I've achieved a full erection.
