Could my implant have been put in wrong? Should I go back and have it removed and another inserted? If it is in wrong, is it still working? the end of it is now about 1cm below the incision point.

Implant site complications are experienced by 3.6% of patients, and include swelling, redness, hematoma, and pain.

Your implant could be inserted incorrectly. Incorrectly inserted implants can be less efficient than correctly inserted ones. You may want to consult the gynecologist that inserted your implant.
