My husband and I are TTC the dr put me on 5 da clomid and I did an ovulation tst about a week ago I have not gotten my period this month but I've been feeling cramping and some days sharp pains on my lower abdomen for about 1 week now and it varies sides. Could it be implantation? Please help

If you did not get your periods, were on clomid and tried around your ovulation days, then there is a chance that you are pregnant. Do take a pregnancy test and see. Usually a pain in abdomen that shifts is due to gas, and this is a common feature in pregnancy.

Other causes of missed periods with pain in abdomen can be ectopic pregnancy, PCOD, hypothyroidism and diabetes (latter two cause gas in abdomen and hence pain). Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please discuss these possibilities with your gynecologist and get this investigated. Hope this helps. Take care!
