Q: Implantation Bleeding?

So I'm a little worried..

I'm due to start my period in about 2 days, but I just started bleeding tonight. Alot of things are running through my mind because well... I'm kinda paranoid about getting pregnant. I'm obviously worried about implantation bleeding, but also, is it possible to just bleed if you have rough sex? Sorry if it's a little TMI but I'm not used to it, like, at all. The rough-ness that is.

So I'm freaking out because usually before I start my period, my breasts are sore and I'm incredibly emotional. Also, the very moment I actually start, I get cramps really badly. So far I've only had the sore breasts a few days ago.
No cramps so far.

so...I guess...a little advice?

it sounds like your on your period. Everything your mentioning is sounding like PMS. Don't worry. but if it makes you feel better take a test.
