My last period was March 24th, and for about two weeks now I have been having some light cramps off and on. Today, my cycle is supposed to come and I have some light cramping w/light pinkish spotting, but only when I wipe. Last night I had some shooting pain in my lower back, but it didnt last long. I am also feeling a slight pinch on my lower back, but on one side. My boobs are sore and feel very heavy. Could this be implantaion?

maybe take a pregnancy test to see if you are pregnant it could just be the start of a heavy unpleasant period this month
