Q: Implantation bleeding or pill bleeding

My girlfriend and I had unprotected sex around the 22nd, and took the plan B pill the day after. About 4-5 days later she started period like bleeding for 2-3 days. Should we count this as her period or could this be implantation bleeding?

Especially eHealthy
It's been long enough that she can take a pregnancy test and have it be accurate. I suggest you ask her to take one to ease both of your minds.
