Hello,
Thanks for joining me on e-healthforum.

I would like to know a few more details:
1) Are you on any birth control measures?
2) Are you having other symptoms (nausea, increased fatigue, tiredness, sleepiness and appetite) that suggest early pregnancy?

Given the details that you have provided about your periods (irregular cycles, 4-5/34 days) and that you are recently married, the possibilities are:
1) That you might be pregnant and that the spotting and stomach pain that you had could be due to implantation bleeding.
2) The spotting could also be a breakthrough bleeding due to hormonal changes that tend to occur in women after sexual activity.

Whatever may be the reason, if the spotting continues or if the stomach pain continues, you should get yourself evaluated by your healthcare provider to find out the exact cause and decide on the further line of management.

Take care.
