Q: implanon

i recently had the implanon fitted (2nd) and since then i havnt had a period,been feeling sick all tym, alot of white discharge and sweating quite alot, i didnt get the sweating and the white discharge the 1st time round, i did have sex in between the 48 hours when my implant was out.. i was just wondering do you think these are signs of pregnancy?
