I have had implanon for about 8 months now and have had irregular periods. Now I have been taking hydroxycut for weight loss for about a month on and off and now I haven't gotten a period yet in June. My last one was in may from 10-19 and a couple of days of spotting after that. Before that my period was at all different dates... the beginning, middle and the end of the month once lasting almost a month... Long story short should I relax or worry about being pregnant?

Irregular periods, rare periods and even lack of periods can be side effects of the Implanon. Implanon is very efficient contraceptive method so the risk for pregnancy is less than 0,2%. You can do a pregnancy test to check that for any case.
